As a light source, LED Lamp Bead is an integral part of  led high bay   and other LED fixtures. When facing a wide variety of lamp bead, do you know how to distinguish the quality?

1. Luminance: different luminance is different price and they should be suitable for the standard of the first laser grade.

2. Anti-static capacity: the stronger the anti-static capacity is, the longer the lifetime. Generally speaking, the anti-static capacity of LED Lamp Bead is higher than 700V.

3. Wave length: if wave length and color of LED lamp bead are the same, the price is high. It’s not easy for manufactories without LED sorting machine to produce pure color fixtures.

4. Electric leakage: LED is a luminophor of unilateral conduction. If there’s reverse current, it is called electric leakage. When the electric leakage of LED loses a large amount of electric, its life time is short and the price is low.

5. Beam angel: different use is different beam angel. Special beam angel is much higher in price, such as diffused angel.

6. Lifetime: the key point of different quality is lifetime, which depends on lumens depreciation. The smaller the lumens depreciation is, the longer the lifetime and the higher the price.

7. Chip: the luminophor of LED is chip. The price differs greatly on chips. Import chip is much more expensive than domestic. In addition, the size of chip is expressed by length of side. The quality of big chip is better than small chip. The price is proportional to size of chip.

8. Safety performance: the colloid of ordinary LED is epoxy resin. The price of LED with the technology of ultraviolet and fire protection is much more expensive. However, outdoor LED High Bay and other LED fixtures in high quality have the ability of ultraviolet and fire protection. Every fixture has different design which is suitable for different use.
