In order to save cost, some manufactories use inferior materials and do shoddy work, and finally the quality of different fixtures varies. As a result, there are many problems in the quality and stability of products, besides, fixtures and manufactories leave customers bad impression. Firstly, LED light chip.

LED is a complete set of industrial chain. The cutting and production of chip and epitaxial slice are in the upstream, which is the most technical content link of LED industry. Epitaxial slice is mainly supported by Japan, Korea and German and chip comes from Taiwan. In addition, it’s worthy to point out that the packaging technique of Taiwan is also a leading position in the world.


Secondly, the packaging technique of LED High Bay 

In terms of packaging form, it includes the following series, dual inline-pin 3mm, mm, 8mm, 10mm, super flux, surface mount device 0805, 0603, 1206, current 12103528, 5050, and so one. Therefore, LED light has gradually developed from dual inline-pin to 0805, 0603, 1206 and the most popular 5050 in the market.
