The appearance of LED Lights can bring hope to these people, because solar power can provide electricity for low energy consumption LED lights.Although blue light LED is young in the early 20s, it has brought huge welfare to human beings. By realizing the purpose of bringing welfare to human, it deserved for the Nobel Prize. The Nobel Prize Selection Commission pointed out in the statement of award achievement: “incandescent lamp lit up the 20th century, and LED Lighting lit up the 21st century.”From the theory of semiconductor PN junction electroluminescent being brought up in 1907, to the wide spread of led high bay technology in today, more than a century has been passed and numerous scientists have contributed a lot for the development of LED.
