Regardless of purchasing volume for LED Area Light material, lighting company adopt the same only purchasing model. However with the development of LED Lighting products, the improvement of supplier ability and worsening outer competition environment, adopting the same purchasing model is a waste of purchasing management organization. Good suppliers may lose interest of development and further cooperation in the long term. Therefore, the single purchasing model is clearly not good for company development.According to strategic purchasing model, same method shouldn’t be used to all LED Lights purchased, and strategic relationship is not needed for all suppliers. The strategic purchasing is to guarantee product supply through differentiated management method. In this way the lamp s purchased can be managed in the method of management resource optimization. The purchasing and supply channel can be built in the goal of least total cost which will improve competitive advantage of the company.
