Coming into the market with only price means no other marketing expense except for the product price. LED Lights that come into the market with only price can hardly have effect among customers except for the certain effect on LED Lighting channels at the beginning.
The purchase of customers has to be established on the basis of LED lighting product recognition. The recognition is originated from package, price, customer experience, market promotion, brand communication and etc. After going public, the lamp s products still need other marketing promotions to support the recognition except on package and price.
There are two concepts in price recognition: one is the price itself, and the recognition of high or low price does not generate purchasing behavior; the other is the connection between price and value which means whether the product is worthy of the price. And this is the difference between price and value.
Low price alone can only have the first recognition but not the second. The second type can only be generated after customer experience and market promotion.
