The Reason Why LED Lighting Fixture doesn‘t light

      In daily life, the working condition of LED lighting fixture is very well. But in rare circumstances, it is out of work for some reasons. In general, there are three reasons that fixture doesn’t work normally.

       Firstly, there’s no power or the voltage doesn’t match. If the power supply is normal, check whether the voltage accords with related provisions. According to government regulation, the standard voltage is 220V and the permissible deviation is between -10% and +7% of rated voltage. That is to say, the range of voltage should be in 198V～235.4V. If the voltage is lower than 198V, some fixtures may not light. If it is higher than 235.4V for a long period of time, fixtures and accessories are easy to be broken. The solution is to change into ballast with high power voltage or adjust the supply voltage to specified value.

Next, there’s some problem with circuit of fixture. Check whether the circuit between the internal fixtures and ballast, trigger and compensation capacitor loose or not, whether the fuse melts or not. Besides, whether the tube of  led high bay   is air leak and the internal fixture is open or short circuit, etc. if it is in short circuit, the power would be cut off immediately. In this condition, switch off the power and exchange the fixture.

Finally, check the fixture. If the fixture, ballast or trigger is out of work, replace it with good one. Some of them are at the end of a normal life and the other failure are because of the broken of accessories. If it can’t be solved, ask a professional electrician for help.
