The Distinction between LED Light Source and Traditional Light Source

      As we all know, the application of light is to preferably protect our eyes. A good light source is good for eyes. Take incandescent for example, you maybe think that purchasing a big power light is much brighter. However, the light color of incandescent is a little yellowish. Working in this condition for a long period of time, eyes would feel very tired. Now let’s talk about the distinction between LED light source and traditional light source.

1. LED light source adopts low voltage power supply while traditional light source uses 220V power supply. Considered from safe angle, traditional light source appears unsafety.

2. With stronger technicality and unique light principle, the sales volume of LED light has held a safe lead. What’s more, the power consume is less. In the same luminous efficacy, the consume energy of LED is only 20% of incandescent.

3. LED is able to be made into many kinds of fixtures, for example,  led high bay   has round, square, rectangle, etc. Therefore, its adaptive capacity is much stronger to environment.

4. The life time of LED Light is as long as 50,000 hours while the lumens dissipation is only 50%.

In addition, LED Light is not unaffected by weather and temperature changes, low maintenance and replacement costs, free of mercury and lead emissions. It’s very easy to change the color of light, which only need to adjust the voltage.

LED Light is not only energy saving but also environmental protection, so the country has strongly promoted to use this fixtures. As for the cost, it would decrease with the continuously improvement of technology. LED light source is bound to substitute traditional light source sooner or later.
