E-LITE: The Marvo Flood light with 80W/100W/150W multiple wattage and 3K/4K/5K different CCT, by the controller switch to choose wattage and CCT.

Q3. How about the lead time of flood fixture light?

E-LITE: 5-7 days for sample order, 15-25 days for mass production order base on order quantities.

Q4: How do you ship the finished products?

E-LITE: By SEA, AIR or Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.) are optional.

Q5: Is it OK to print my logo on led light?

E-LITE: Yes, OEM service available, we can help to make the label and color box according to your requirements.

Q6: How to proceed an order for led light?

E-LITE: Firstly, please let us know your detail requirement and application environment, secondly we will recommend some suitable products and solutions to you according to your request. Thirdly, after confirm all the details, customers will issue the purchase order and make the payment to confirm, and then we start for the production and arrange the shipment.

Q7: How to deal with the claim?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
